I am often asked, why people say Jesus wasn’t born in the year 1 and, how the date of Easter is fixed. The answer is very complex, but is also quite interesting. |

The following appeared in the Daily Mail on January 25 2008 Forget the gym, go to church instead GOING to church regularly may well bring benefits in the afterlife. Research suggests the practice can also prove beneficial in this one by helping you live longer study of 8,500 men and women over eight and a half years found that those who went to church more than once a week were 30 per cent less likely to die during the course of the research than non-attenders. |
